How can I buy products with Sabaiko Mart?

Buying at Sabaiko Mart is very easy. Please refer to our How to Buy Products page to know more.


When will my order be delivered? Will I get any confirmation?

We deliver all the orders in time. Mostly within 24 hours from the time of order. Or if you have any special request on delivery in case of any special occasion, we will deliver upon your request. You can add your delivery request on Comments while completing your order and this process is completely free. We donot charge any extra amount for your request.

Once we get your order, we will update you of each process of your order by email such as verifying order, completing your order and delivering your order. Once your order is delivered to your shipping address, we will also send you confirmation email of the delivery of your order with a digital photograph. For the shake of goodness and quality of service we are also providing this feature free of cost to you.


In which cities can Sabaiko Mart deliver orders?

Currently products purchased from Sabaiko Mart can be delivered only within Kathmandu Valley. We are soon expanding our coverage to the major cities of Nepal.

I have recieved a damaged product? / The product is not what I ordered. What can I do?

We value customer satisfaction the most. We are always dedicated to provide you, your ordered products with best care possible. However in any case, if you recieved a damaged product or wrong product, please contact us immediately by phone or write us at [email protected] We will replace the product as soon as possible or arrange a refund.

 

Which Payments methods can I use to Pay for the order?

Right now we support following payment methods:

  • Paypal (For buing from abroad & international credit card payment - select this method)
  • NIBL Net Banking (For paying fro Nepal Investment Bank online account - select this method)
  • Cash on Delivery (For pay after recieving the order - select this method)
